The Green Room is a small, high-touch gathering for speakers and storytellers, run by Mike Cameron and Drew Dudley. This site is the members-only platform that keeps the community's recordings, notes, scheduling, and relationships in one quiet, well-kept place.

How we use your Google account

When a member connects their Google account, The Green Room requests access to Gmail and Google Calendar for two purposes:

Scheduling. When someone books time on a member's scheduling page, we create the event on that member's Google Calendar, generate a Google Meet link, and send a calendar invite to both people.
Correspondence. Emails and calendar events relevant to a member's contacts are synced into that member's own private CRM record, so conversation history stays in one place.

This access is per-member, optional, and only used to power the features above — never shared with other members or third parties. It can be disconnected at any time from account settings. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
